Noah Jammal, sole proprietor (SIRET 104 317 763 00019), publishes the EatPlusTrain app and the eatplustrain.com website. Contact: contact@eatplustrain.com. When a coach who uses the app follows you, that coach also processes your data in order to coach you and is responsible for that coaching.

2. Data we collect

The app uses no targeted advertising, no advertising pixels and never sells data.

3. Why and on what legal basis

4. Who receives your data

Your coach, and our technical processors: Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure), Stripe (payments), Apple (app distribution, and Apple Health only with your permission) and, for Pro coaches who use the AI copilot, an AI provider that helps pre-draft check-ins, always reviewed by the coach. We do not sell your data.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers are located in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. After a deletion request it is erased within 30 days. Invoices are kept for 10 years (accounting obligation).

7. Security

Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access limited to your coach and to the publisher for maintenance.

8. Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to some processing, by writing to contact@eatplustrain.com. You can also delete your account in the app (Profile, Delete my account) or through the dedicated page, and withdraw your consent any time. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

9. Minors

The app is for people aged 16 and over.
