Nutrition and macro tracking for fitness coaching

Set your client's targets, plan their meals and see what they actually eat. They tick their foods, the app does the rest.

Set targets as a coach

  • A macro calculator based on weight, height, body fat percentage, sessions per week, steps per day and phase (mass gain, maintenance or cut).
  • A choice of day type, ON or OFF: as a coach, you can adjust the day depending on whether your client is training or resting that day.
  • Planned meals and foods with a calorie target for each meal.
  • A suggested adjustment when the client's data drifts from the target.

What the client does

  • They see today's calories, protein, carbs and fat in rings.
  • They tick what they actually ate: only ticked foods count.
  • They add a food from the library, by barcode scan, by online search or with a photo of their plate.
  • They switch between training day (ON) and rest or cardio day (OFF).

A food library

Add your own foods (calories per 100 g, unit of measure) and scan barcodes to save time. For the method behind it, read our article on calories and macros for coaching clients.
