EatPlusTrainTerms of use

1. Publisher and purpose
EatPlusTrain is published by Noah Jammal, sole proprietor (SIRET 104 317 763 00019, see the legal notice). The app is a nutrition and training tracking tool, usable alone or with a coach.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the information you provide. The app is for people aged 16 and over. You can delete your account at any time.
3. Health disclaimer
The app and your coach's advice are not medical advice. See a doctor before changing your diet or starting an exercise program, especially with a medical condition, an injury or a pregnancy. You train at your own risk.
4. Relationship with your coach
Coaching is a service provided by your coach, who alone is responsible for their programs and advice. The app is only the tool that delivers them. Noah Jammal's personal coaching is offered separately, at noahcoaching.fr.
5. Coach plans
Coaches can subscribe to Solo (up to 15 active clients) or Pro (up to 50 active clients). Current prices are shown on the website. The subscription is monthly or yearly, paid in advance through Stripe, and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. If a payment fails, access may be suspended after a grace period.
Refund guarantee: if you do not save 5 hours a week on your check-ins within 30 days of subscribing, you can request a refund of your first period by writing to contact@eatplustrain.com. The Founding 10 offer (Pro at €197/month, price locked while the subscription stays active) is limited to the first 10 coaches.
6. Right of withdrawal
Coach plans are aimed at professionals: the 14-day consumer withdrawal right does not apply and the refund guarantee above applies instead. If you act as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw; by requesting immediate access to the service, you accept that the period only applies to the part of the service not yet used.
7. Your content
You remain the owner of your photos, messages and data. You allow us to store them and share them with your coach solely to run the service. Do not post illegal content or content that infringes others' rights.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its design, logo and content belong to the publisher. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use.
9. Liability
We do our best to keep the app available and reliable, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. Our liability cannot be engaged for harm linked to exercise or diet, nor for indirect damage, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account for breach of these terms or non-payment. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action before the competent courts.
